Training and Educators Academy for Contact Centres (TEACC)

The courses are funded by the European Union through the Leonardo da Vinci Programme, Transfer of Innovation. The TEACC project has launched four Academies in the UK, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Germany. Aimed at up-skilling the Trainers and Coaches from these countries, who are crucial in developing the next generation of highly skilled workers in call and contact centres.
