CallNorthWest (lead organisation for TEACC)

Since 2003, supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency and the University of Central Lancashire, CallNorthWest has been actively working with public and private contact centres to support the critical success factors that drive excellence. Delivering a high class service that is unparalleled in the North West, it has become the North West’s leading support organisation in the field of customer management. TEACC is an abbreviation for Training and Educators Academy for Contact Centres. Through funding from the European Union through the LIFELONG LEARNING PROGRAMME, Leonardo da Vinci TRANSFER OF INNOVATION, we have set up 4 Academies in the UK, Germany, Bulgaria and Lithuania. The funding covers the cost of the courses which are open to participants from the partner countries listed above.
